KUSTOM CHECKOUT SOLUTION
We use Kustom Checkout, previously Klarna Checkout, to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available.
Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods.
When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as Klarna, Card Payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where the purchase is completed.
In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout.
Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase.

CURRENCY
Orders have to be placed in the following currencies to be shipped to the below countries due to VAT reasons:
Sweden - SEK
Norway - NOK
Denmark - DKK
EU country other than above - EUR
Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand - USD
If you want to ship to a country not listed above, contact us to see if it's possible or not.
SHIPPING
Products in stock are usually shipped within 24H (working days). Orders delivered to a Swedish address are shipped with the Swedish Post or DHL. Orders delivered outside of Sweden but within the EU are shipped with DHL and with UPS outside of the EU. All orders are traceable. For DHL we use Parcel Connect which, as a standard, delivers to DHL agents. In some countries, mainly Germany, DHL might attempt to first deliver to the home address. Emma Israelsson Stockholm reserves the right to adjust freight rates in accordance with price increases.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-pickup, you, as the customer, will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. This applies unless the fault lies with Emma Israelsson Stockholm or the selected shipping carrier. For uncollected orders, a fee of DKK 116 / EUR 16 / NOK 180 / USD 17 will be charged.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receive your order. You can exercise your right of withdrawal here. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, your withdrawal will be processed as a return.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable within the EU, we offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Returned products must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Returns must reach us within 30 days of receiving your order. The return policy does not apply to custom-made products or products excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, such as digital gift cards.
The cost of return shipping is DKK 73 / EUR 10 / NOK 190 / USD 28 based on what currency your order was placed in and will be deducted off your refund. Returns are normally processed within five business days.
You can only return items bought on our website. If you bought it elsewhere you have to return it to that retailer. Read more about how to make a return here.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest possible service and reduce the risk of your preferred item selling out, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.
COMPLAINTS & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We make sure the jewelry is in perfect condition before leaving our facilities. If you should receive a piece that has been damaged during freight please contact us within 7 days on info@emmaisraelsson.com and add a photo showing the damage and we will help you.

VAT and duty charges are included in the price.
Outside of the EU
VAT and duty charges are included in the price for the US and Norway.
Duty charges and VAT are not included in the price for all other non-EU countries. Please note that you are responsible for any customs or VAT charges that may be applied by your country.
