Orders have to be placed in the following currencies to be shipped to the below countries due to VAT reasons:
Sweden - SEK
Norway - NOK
Denmark - DKK
EU country other than above - EUR
Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand - USD
If you want to ship to a country not listed above, contact us to see if it's possible or not.
Most of our products are always in stock and will be shipped from us within 2 business days after your order has been placed. Orders delivered to a Swedish address are shipped with the Swedish Post or DHL. Orders delivered outside of Sweden are shipped with DHL. All orders are traceable. Emma Israelsson Stockholm reserves the right to adjust freight rates in accordance with price increases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We make sure the jewelry is in perfect condition before leaving our facilities. If you should receive a piece that has been damaged during freight please contact us within 7 days on email@example.com and add a photo showing the damage and we will help you.
Return of merchandise can be made within 14 days of receiving your items. We don’t offer exchange or return on gift cards. Custom orders and sale orders are non-returnable. You can only return items bought on our website. If you bought it elsewhere you have to return it to that retailer. Read more about exchange and return here.
